How to Check Order Status
Once you place an order, there are a couple options to track the status of your order.
The easiest way is to log into your account dashboard and check your order status under the most recent order history.
There, you will be able to check where in the fulfillment process it is, and if it's been shipped out or not.
Your tracking information will also be emailed to you once your shipping label is created. Once your label is created, you also can track the status of your package via the carrier website.
Generally we have a 1-2 business business day lead time for packing and shipping out all orders. Once in transit, expect your shipment to arrive in 1-5 business days depending on shipping method you selected and your location.
USPS only picks up packages Monday - Friday, so if you order over the weekend, the mail does not move.
If your shipment is delayed after being fulfilled, it's always best to contact USPS directly at (800) 275-8777.
If that does not work for you, please email sales@Thegoodycorner.com and we can cancel/refund your order prior to it being shipped out. If you decide to cancel your order when it's already in transit, you will need to send the shipment back unopened for a full refund.
Shipping terms and additional considerations
*Order turnaround refers to the time it takes our office to process (print, package, ship) your order. Only when your package is picked up by your chosen mail carrier does the shipping ETA go into effect. Please understand Mail Carriers (USPS more than UPS) do encounter delays outside of our control throughout different times of the year, so please be patient and understanding that an ETA is not a guaranteed delivery date/time.
*We do not ship internationally at this time. This is something we look to potentially do in the future.
*Mail carriers count "days" as business days, which are only Monday - Friday, holidays are not included. Mail doesn't move on national holidays.
*Orders over $150 are considered "high value" and require an adult signature (both UPS and USPS).
*There is no Saturday delivery for UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air, so orders shipped out on Friday would be delivered on Monday (Next day air) or Tuesday (2nd day air).
Careful handling & discreet packaging
All online orders are packaged discreetly in the order they are received. We currently run 1-3 day handling time depending on the mail carrier you have selected. (Weekend and holidays not included).
I just placed an order with Thegoodycorner.com. What happens next?
First off, thank you for making a purchase with Thegoodycorner.com! After making your purchase: 1) The Webserver will send an order confirmation along with a receipt via email. We (the merchant) will receive a copy as well so we can prepare the order and generate a shipping label. If you didnt receive an email, we can find the order by your name and resend.
2) Once the label is printed (Remember up to 3 day handling time), you should receive an additional email notification that will include tracking information powered by shop pay. (You can use the Shop app to track orders with a valid tracking number. After an order is added to the Shop app, Shop uses info from the carrier delivering your order to provide you with tracking updates. 3) Track your order via the carriers website (USPS or UPS) so you know when to expect its arrival.

Shipping Tips Please check your spam/promotions folder as email accounts like gmail/yahoo/hotmail tend to filter auto-generated emails that have valuable tracking information. Please keep in mind, we are not the post office so our tracking information will be the same as what you can see online.
I only received a partial order! What do I do?
We apologize if you didn't receive everything you ordered. If this is simply just a mistake on our end, the missing products will be shipped out ASAP at no additional charge. Please note, you might be asked to text/email a picture of your order contents prior to us reshipping the items.
My package says delivered, but it's not here?
Please give it up to 24 hours for your package to show up. Although it might say delivered on the tracking, sometimes carriers scan the code in error prior to the package being dropped off. It's also always a good idea to try to talk to your local carrier who physically drops the packages off in your mailbox.
**Please note: Thegoodycorner.com does not cover package theft. If the tracking says delivered, we must assume the package has been delivered.
** My package was lost "in-transit"
In the event the package does not make it to you, we will do our best to locate it and/or possibly file an insurance claim. If the package was indeed lost and/or a claim awarded, we will resend the order at no additional charge.
The mail carrier is asking me for a signature, do I need to sign?
Yes, we have started to require a signature for both 'high value' UPS and USPS deliveries. This is to ensure packages arrive on-time to the recipient, so we appreciate your cooperation."
